Busy Doesn’t Always Mean Progress

There’s a difference between being busy and actually moving something forward. I don’t always notice when I’ve crossed that line until I’m exhausted and still stuck.

Sometimes I’ll ask AI to look at a list of everything on my plate and help me sort it. What’s urgent. What’s important. What can wait.

It’s not telling me what to do.
It’s helping me see the work more clearly.

And that alone can change how the day unfolds.
