At Evergreen Content Ops, we’re anchored by human-in-the-loop AI. I’m Kristen, a lifelong Coloradan and the human in the ECO loop.
I’m an early adopter of AI, and I’m guessing you were, too. Think about it — the tools we’ve used in work and in life have relied on the foundations of AI long before anyone was calling it AI or worrying about robots taking over humanity. It showed up in the small things, like your email asking if you forgot to attach a file or Amazon suggesting “things you might like” (and being annoyingly right about it).
While watching these tools quietly evolve, I spent more than two decades doing the kind of content work today’s AI tools enhance with real, practical value — writing, editing, structuring, governing, and building the systems that keep content moving. I’m not an AI person who learned content. I’m a content person who understands how AI can make our work better and more sustainable.
My experience spans nonprofit leadership, instructional design, digital marketing, content operations, CMS administration, and SEO driven web strategy. I’ve managed large content libraries, led creative and technical teams, shaped editorial strategy, and built workflows that help organizations run smoothly.
